We were surprised to learn some customers assume that Renewal by Andersen and the Andersen Corporation, our parent company, are the same entity, and therefore offer the exact home improvement product line. Some consumers who were thrilled with their replacement window and patio doors, were still disappointed to learn that they weren’t couldn’t get the same Andersen windows they saw at their local home center from us. Renewal by Andersen is a subsidiary of the Andersen Corp, but has a distinct line of windows and patio doors designed specifically for the replacement window and patio door market.
